Our pricing at ADAComply
We intentionally keep our pricing simple and transparent so clients can estimate costs, plan faster, and manage remediation budgets more efficiently.
Tables require additional computational work from the remediation engine because their headers, cells, relationships, and reading order must be identified correctly. That is why each table carries a separate $4 charge.
Regular PDF remediation pricing
Traditional PDF remediation pricing can be difficult to compare. The final price often depends on page count, layout complexity, the type and number of accessibility issues, the required compliance standard, and how quickly the work must be completed.
At the low end, simple pages or services using offshore labor may cost around $1 per page. Difficult documents handled through high-end remediation services can cost as much as $60 per page. A more typical market average is approximately $5 to $12 per page.

Things to consider
Price alone does not describe the full service. Different pricing models and remediation plans come with different tradeoffs.
ADAComply combines automated remediation with a manual fallback. The engine handles the initial work quickly, while documents that need additional judgment can be reviewed manually.
What factors affect PDF remediation pricing?
Several document and project characteristics determine how difficult a PDF is to remediate and how much the work may cost.
- Layout complexity — Columns, callouts, layered content, and unusual reading flows can be difficult for remediation software. ADAComply's remediation engine is designed to handle complex document layouts.
- Tables and forms — These elements require extra reasoning to identify the correct tags, relationships, field labels, and reading order. See our case studies for examples of ADAComply's handling of complex files.
- Images, charts, and diagrams — These elements are often relatively straightforward, although complex visuals may require more detailed descriptions or human judgment.
- Scanned or image-based documents — Some automated remediation tools struggle with scans. ADAComply's workflow is designed to process scanned and image-based documents.
- Existing tags and document quality — ADAComply removes existing tags and rebuilds the structure to avoid carrying malformed or broken tags into the remediated file. For low-quality PDFs, the workflow can also improve contrast for readability.
- Required compliance standard — The ADAComply remediation engine is designed to remediate toward WCAG 2.2 AA, PDF/UA, and WTPDF.
- Turnaround time — Remediation is usually completed within minutes, although large batches can take up to 24 hours.
- Number of documents — Users can submit an unlimited number of documents at once, making the workflow suitable for both individual files and ongoing high-volume remediation.
