Dashboard features

• Crawl any site. Enter a website and ADAComply gathers its PDFs and imports them into the dashboard automatically.
• Organize by site and project. Manage every PDF from the main screen while keeping each site and project separate.
• Sort PDFs into clear sections. Use Archive, Delete, Leave As Is, and Remediated to keep each library organized.
• Trace every PDF to its source. Filter by the page where a PDF was found, bulk-select files, and review the full edit history for any PDF.
• Get help inside the app. Ask the in-app AI helper to explain anything that is unclear.
• Remediate in bulk or one at a time. Remediate all selected PDFs at once or choose individual files.
• Keep proof with every remediated PDF. Each completed PDF is stored with its veraPDF report, an inspectable tag tree, and a full report showing everything that was tested.
• Invite sub-users. They click the invitation email, set a password, and are ready to work.
• Control access by site or project. Assign each sub-user to specific sites or projects so they only see what you give them access to.
• Track billing and remediation activity. See what each invited user did, which sites they worked on, when they did it, how many PDFs they handled, and how much it cost.
